«Room overall unkept and unclean. We found multiple hairs in the hand towel and sheets, there was a splash of dark stain above the toilet, the mirror wasn’t clean, there were black stains all over the floor/wall/details of the bathtub (mold). The staff was fine but no customer service (no hello, good afternoon, etc). All the details of the room were slightly falling apart, mainly in the bathroom and in common areas. For $50/night, I wouldn’t have made these comments. But I paid $260/night, so the ...

«Okay let's start off by your arriving after hours the doors locked and asked to use the entrance around the back there's no directions no path no light to show you where to go and realize you walk around the entire building and have the one door 5 ft next to the other door with no stairs

«The temperature control was quirky and hard to use.
The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, hinges need tightening.
Grout missing in bathroom floor tiles, although the shower area is new and clean.
The front door doesn't seal properly, lots of light coming in.
It was nice to have a mini-fridge to use along with a microwave and sink.
