I stayed at this hotel for three nights. While the rate was very affordable and I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, I did expect basic cleanliness and comfort standards to be met.
Unfortunately, the toilet was extremely dirty — the inside rim clearly had not been cleaned for quite some time. We also found a used condom wrapper in the room, which was very concerning.
On the last night of our stay, there were children running and yelling in the hallways for over an hour, which made it very difficult to relax or sleep.
I reported the cleanliness issue to the front desk during my stay and provided my name and phone number. I also submitted a complaint through their online chat. They confirmed online that they had received my complaint and advised that the resolution offered would be 10% off a future stay. I did not receive any follow-up call.
Cleanliness and a reasonable level of quiet are basic expectations, regardless of price point. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again.
