«This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. «Easy check in and good communication. House was in a central location within a nice 20 min walk to Poole quay past lots of shops. We also visited Poole park which was very close by and had a great walk around the lake. We only stayed 1 night but the property was furnished to a high standard with comfy beds.
