«We rented one size of this duplex for a week for two adults. The place is very clean, very quiet and very safe. There is parking spot for your car, on the side of the house there are clotheslines we were happy to use for items that should not go into a dryer. «The location and proximity to the beach (You can walk to Grace Bay with ease) are simply amazing at this villa! I would highly recommend. Stayed with family for just over a week and we really were sad to depart. Tonnes of room, beautiful gardens and pool, well equipped kitchen, very very clean. The property manager we interacted with was as good as any I have ever dealt with. We all felt so refreshed after our stay and we will certainly be back to the villa in the future.»

«The beach is absolutely amazing at this house, the property grounds are stunning too, but the house does need some updates. As other reviews mentioned, the house is horribly hot, and although there are breezes off the water, it doesn't reach the house because of all the landscaping. We cooked meals every day in the house and it was almost unbearable because it was so hot. The appliances need updating as well, the stove throws off crazy heat and the fridge is working overtime just to keep things ...

We tried all the ‘beach types’ around the island but kept just wanting to be at the perfect spot Coral Gardens. Tanya was responsive, informative, and kind. We were able to check in early and she welcomed us to the property later that day and brought fresh flowers.
