I had no stay! There was an error on the dates that I admit I did not catch. Expedia tried to help but I was told the hotel had a "strict" policy so they could not help. Contacted hotel and explained situation and got no help, not even a discount for the correct date. Strict policy apparently means we don't care so tough luck. My father always said you can't tell how go a business is until you have a problem. He was right! Will never book with this hotel again and will tell everyone who will listen!
