We thoroughly clean and sanitize the property, paying extra attention to high-touch surfaces and frequently used items. We use cleaning products and techniques that are effective against COVID-19 to ensure that the property is safe and clean for your arrival.

★ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ★
Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire first.

★ NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside our home! Any evidence of a smoking device used will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ★
The maximum capacity of our vacation rental property is 10 guests. Please note that this limit includes both adults and children. If the maximum guest capacity is exceeded additional fees may be imposed.

★ PARKING ★
There are four driveway spots and additional on street or side street parking

*Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.

** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can be provided upon request prior to check-in.

When using the grill, remember to turn the gas (conveniently connected to the home - no worries of running out of propane) off. Minimum of 5 nights total.
