We stayed there one year ago and everything was so great we came again. Check in staff was indifferent in fact I stood at the counter several minutes being ignored by the check in person while he stared at his computer and did no even acknowledge me standing there. Not even "hello, I will be with you in a minute." Only when another staffer came over was I acknowledged. Breakfast Sat.morning un-managed. By 8am, no coffee, no hot water. Mlk etc. at both counters empty. Nobody checking. 30 minutes before they started making more coffee. Not enough chairs for guests. Some guests actually wiping their own table down and their own dishes from the kitchen.Trash can at the dish drop off full to overflowing. It was disgusting. The kitchen staffer bringing out food was working very hard trying to do everything with no help.The desk staffer who ignored me the day before was there walking. Looked like he was supposed to be helping/managing but he was doing practically nothing and appeared to have no clue what his job was. Many people asking the kitchen guy and him for coffee, milk etc. This should not be happening. A year ago there was one woman handling the whole room and she was fantastic! Cleaning, clearing tables , straightening chairs and checking coffee, milk etc.I know it was the weekend and the place seemed reasonably full but this should not happen. Very disappointed!
