Welcome to our newly built townhouse! This spacious apartment, located on the first floor, spans 1700 sq. ft. It’s perfect for families or friends, offering comfort, privacy, and relaxation.

In a peaceful neighborhood at the heart of the city, you’ll experience local lifestyle and connect with friendly neighbors. Enjoy easy access to Blue Hills Reservation and downtown Boston!

5. Extra Guest Fee: After 6 guests, an additional fee of $25 per guest per night applies.
Pet Fee: $35 per pet per night.
6. Security:
- Cameras at the entrance for your safety. Blocking or disconnecting these will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
- Smoke alarms and safety features are in place.

7. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 17 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited. Occupancy will be verified via cameras.

🕒 Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 11 AM

🔞 Age Requirement: 18+ to book, government ID required.

🚭 Smoking, Drugs, and Vaping: Not allowed inside and outside the property. A $250 fine will be imposed if violated.

🎉 Parties & Loud Music: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party or neighbors report complaints/call the police, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. A $250 fine will be imposed.

⚠️ Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

By staying at this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on the premises during the guest’s stay.

Damages: Any existing damage or broken items must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.

Deposit Use: In the event of damage or loss, the host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Further charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.

🎬 Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

🏠 Property Care: Guests are expected to keep the property and furnishings in good order and maintain a respectable level of cleanliness.

⏳ Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee. Check-out time is 11 AM.

Property located in Mattapan, not actually in Boston. Though that city has higher crime rates reported, I never felt unsafe, just wish I would’ve known prior to booking exactly where I was staying. Also, there were several entrances to the house, but no way to deadbolt the door from the inside, which made me a little uneasy if someone else were to have the code to access the house. Also, the extra rooms in the house were locked so that we wouldn’t use them to help with cleaning the property afterwards. Which I guess I understand from the point of view of the landlord. I requested to have the codes to be able to check them out for my peace of mind since my kids were staying too. The windows were unlocked in two of the rooms, but we locked them back. Communication with the property owner usually had a quick response. The property itself was clean, with plenty of space for the family to spread out and have their own televisions to watch. Also loved having coffee available each morning!

Amazing place - we had 12 people. This place has it all - a great layout, plenty of rooms, and ample open space that never felt cramped. The street always had parking for the extra vehicles. Location is decent enough and found that most places were within a reasonable drive time (Boston roads are a nightmare though). The location is quiet at night. Host was quick to respond! Would definitely recommend for larger groups (or even smaller ones that just want more rooms).

The property is spacious, clean and well organized, especially for a large family like mine. It is also close to the airport, which was helpful. Having three bathrooms was key along with a downstairs separate living room space. I really appreciated the communication with the host who always got back to me extremely timely.

Girls Trip

Our group of 8 women stayed here for one night and had a wonderful time. The home is very clean. Everyone was very impressed with the renovations. The beds were comfortable and there were enough places to sleep so we could all sleep in our own bed. There were even a couple extra beds if we needed. Great security and parking for one car. We found parking on the street directly in front of the house for the other car. The communication was great too! The check in process was easy. A couple of days before I was given all of the details. I had some questions about train stations and routes which were answered very quickly. The group had a very nice time just hanging out for a little while after exploring Boston. We did not cook but many of us took showers and there were no complaints. We have already reached out to see about staying in October. Do not hesitate to book a stay here!

Our stay at Jenny’s VRBO was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The apartment was incredibly spacious, beautifully upgraded, and perfectly suited all of our needs while visiting Boston. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into making this space welcoming, comfortable, and practical for travelers.Jenny was an exceptional host — she was so accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to any inquiries or requests we had, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and it really made a difference in helping us feel right at home.The layout of the apartment was perfect for our group, offering plenty of room to spread out while still feeling cozy. The upgrades and thoughtful touches throughout the space really stood out and made it an even more enjoyable place to relax after busy days exploring the city.This location was exactly what we were looking for — easy to access, well-equipped, and a true “home away from home” during our travels. Perfect in every way!

I stayed here with my parents for almost 6 weeks while my father was getting treatments at Dana Farber. This was perfect for him to relax, rest and regain his strength. Parking was easy. Check in was as easy as it gets. Minutes from the grocery store, gym, and restaurants. 15-25 minutes from Dana Farber, depending on traffic. The place was furnished comfortably. We were able to cook meals. The dishwasher, washer and dryer are better than mine. We felt spoiled. Communication with the host was almost instant. She was unbelievably helpful. I’ve saved the listing in my favorites for future stays.

Clean and Comfortable

My family needed a clean and comfortable place to relax in close proximity to Dana Farber. This location was perfect! I booked it again for our next visit in which we will be there for five and a half weeks.The host responds almost instantly, which is amazing!
