«We stayed one night before joining a cruise. Loved the free breakfast and we had a beautiful room up high with a balcony overlooking the city and the water. (though they don't all appear to have balconies). Helpful staff and convenient location, just a short walk down the hill to shopping, restaurants, etc. Just be aware that there's no elevator, so you'll have to carry your suitcase up anywhere from 1-4 flights of stairs. Would love to stay again. »

«flights/american airlines cancelled multiple times free 8 hours of rescheduled flts we found out at 7pm we had to book an overnight accommodation. most hotels already booked somehow i found this ABSOLUTE GEM of a hotel 10 out of 10 we stayed in the UPPER VILLA-the view in the morning of the harbor was breathtaking the accommodations were beyond expectations with soaring ceiling heights and a full balcony. fully furnished 1200 sq ft apt with lovely accents and lovely decor-open/airy/spacious do ...

«Dette pensjonatet ligger sentralt iforhold til cruz bay men er veldig slitt. Vi fikk et lite rom i underetasjen uten varmtvann i dusjen. Vi forsøkte å spørre om et rombytte men dette var ikke mulig. Rom 121 bør man unngå å bo!!!!!»
