«Easy check in process and great communication! Very clean and comfortable place to relax. On the quieter side of the island takes about 20-25 Mins to drive from Cruz Bay. Short 10-15 mins drive to Maho Bay. Great property would stay again!»

«This was an amazing spot, great views, beautiful landscaping and wonderful decor. The kitchen was well stocked and they had beach gear including a cooler and umbrella which made our beach experience amazing. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms cozy. The manager met us in town to bring us to the unit, which I have mixed feelings about, however she was friendly and said that it helped the client not get lost, which I can see could be a problem. «We stayed at the property for a couple of nights after spending several days on St John. It was a perfect spot to end the trip! The pool was small but perfect for cooling off on the hot days! The views were fantastic! We had turtles, iguanas, and hummingbirds visit regularly while we enjoyed the pool and deck. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful! Steve has a great slice of paradise here. «Book the trip! Just do it. We had the absolute best stay on St. John with our family and our stay cottage made it so perfect. We had all the beach items, a grill for after a long day at the beach, TV to watch our Tigers play baseball and some precious kitties who would visit us. «The property (and views from it) were as wonderful as advertised! We visited a different beach almost every day, and then relaxed at night, often on the deck overlooking the bay. Paul was amazing, and responded immediately - and with a fantastically friendly demeanor - any time we had a question. The property was very well-stocked with pool and beach supplies, as well as towels, dishes/silverware, and general house supplies. We had a terrific vacation!»

«Perfect get away spot for 2 people. Very private with good water views. Well equipped. Pool was great but had no hand railings for entering the water. The king size bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, although the mattress was 33 inches above the floor and difficult for a short person to get into. Overall it was a great experience.»

«Best vacation stay ever! Gorgeous views of Coral Bay, easy access the North shore park beaches (favorite snorkel at Waterlemon Cay), the east end of the island to Haulover and the South to get to Miss Lucy's, Rams Head and Salt Pond. While it was a short easy drive back to Cruz Bay, our preference was enjoying the local spots right at the bottom of the hill. The house had a well stocked kitchen and we really enjoyed the relaxed approach to "leave it behind"...condiments, beer etc... check out ...

«My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children and my wife’s parents. This was our third time visiting St John, so we were quite familiar with the island. First, this location on the island is ideal - we stayed in this area last year and will continue to do so. You’ll be close to the beaches and the drives to Cruz Bay and Coral Bay aren’t bad at all.
