«We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home ...

«My wife, two boys and myself just recently stayed at this house and I can confidently say we had an amazing vacation! This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. «Our family was in town for our son's wedding at St. Leo Church and reception at the Bonita Bay Club. This house was just the right size for five of us and close to the venues. Everything was incredibly clean and the host was responsive to our needs. The pool and spa were nice for a bit of relaxation at night, all screened in to keep out the bugs. Wish we had more time to use the bikes. Highly recommended!»

«For our family this was absolutely amazing, spacious house and the most lovely screened in porch! Tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, it felt safe and peaceful. Ocean was not close enough to walk and parking was an absolute nightmare at the beach so we chose to drive to Naples for our ocean experiences and it was worth the drive. Would absolutely rent again!!!»

«Property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Spent a lot of time on the lanai area and grilled out a lot. Lots of room to sit and relax in the living space. Property management was responsive and checked on us a couple times to make sure things were going well. One suggestion would be to update the king mattress and sheets (didn’t use the other bedroom). The mattress was a little in the lumpy side and the sheets did not stay in well due to elastic showing some wear.»

«This was the best stay we have had in Florida. The villa was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. Being a few doors away from the pool was definitely a plus also. On top of all that it was close to Naples and a lot of great shopping. This was our fifth year vacationing in south Florida, loved it.»

«Super schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Lage und alles war so wie angegeben. Wir konnten die Fahrräder nutzen um zum Strand zu fahren und der Pool war auch super. Strandhandtücher waren auch genug vorhanden Toilettenpapier war hingegen leider nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Das Licht des Pools hat einen Wackelkontakt was aber nicht wirklich schlimm war da dies nur einmal auftrat. Der Grill müsste mal überprüft werden dar der elektrostarter anscheinend nichtmehr richtig funktioniert und es waren sehr ...
