This was our most fabulous VRBO rental to date; the host is most considerate in providing every amenity you could want or need. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pot, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, appliances, pantry goods, sporting equipment (bikes, fishing poles and tackle boxes, coolers, kayaks, beach chairs) etc. House was clean and bathrooms were well stocked. Furniture was very nice and comfortable; plenty of seating areas both inside and on pool patio to accommodate our guests. Pool was clean and enjoyable, and the outdoor bar area was greatly enjoyed. Sufficient off street parking for 6 cars. There was a large basket with a generous variety of snacks, bottled water, and a bottle of wine provided. The internet worked without issue. For those traveling with pets, the thoughtful amenities included pet beds, toys, water and food dishes, and dog treats. The yard is completely fenced-in; just be sure to check that side gates are closed (used by yard snd pool service).Beds and bedding were very comfortable, and while the neighborhood is conveniently located to many nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, the neighborhood was very quiet. The house layout allows for little noise between rooms which was very nice. Air conditioner worked well to cool this large home. The laundry room included a very large capacity washer and dryer set.Excellent and attentive communication from the host. We look forward to a future return stay at this property.
