«It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. As the ventilation was poor we had to keep the door partially opened and mosquitoes would come in. The location was great. The restaurant was ...

«Nice property in a good location a little outside the main center of the town. Safe and a few good restaurants nearby. Service was good. Bathrooms were tiny though and there was no hot water in the sink. Overall pretty good value for price though. I would stay there again. »

«First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was ...

«El encargado no quería respetar el precio. Tube que insistir mostrando la reserva. Quería después aumentar el costo por medio del impuesto, el que la reserva especificaba ya incluía. Ruido y no tienen habitaciones con baño propio. Baños siempre mojados.»

«Ótima vista do quarto e do terraço, banho quente. Quarto aconchegante com ótima vusta do Titicaca. Cafe da manhã bom, normal pros padrões da Bolívia. Hotel em boa localização (não fica no centro do vilarejo). Custo X Benefício não vale... Tem vários hotéis mais baratos por lá e o custo do restaurantes deles é bem superior a outros no centro da cidade (acabamos não almoçando no hotel) »

«Os quartos são amplos e bem limpos. Tem TV a cabo com Globo Internacional, isso é bacana caso necessite de notícias do Brasil. O local é perto do centro, o ruim é que tem que subir uma ladeira para se chegar no hostel. O táxi em La Paz é baratinho então vale a pena pegar um para se chegar lá. A nota negativa é que não consegui pagar a estadia com cartão de crédito, pois a máquina estava ruim.»

We arrive for check but there wasn’t anybody,we contacted the owner trough WhatsApp he replied that he don’t have any bookings for today then we send him confirmation but he told us that he don’t use this platform and he don’t have any available room for us.This happened between 16:00-17:00 so We end up in the situation when we have to find new place for 4 nights plus Taxi plus stress plus extra costs»

«Nous sommes arrivées le propriétaire ne nous a même pas accueillies, chambre pas confortable du tout lit à ressort, poignet de porte cassée, lavabo qui fui, un froid glacial toute la nuit et petit déjeuner très basique. Dans le salon des tableaux à caractère religieux (coran, Mecque). Le propriétaire ne nous a jamais adressée la parole à part pour me donner une carte de Cusco et non de la pas il m'a répondu qu'il n'y comprend rien à cela! »
