"Loved the proximity to Neptune Park and downtown. The hotel is close to the road, yet it was VERY quiet at night. The only suggestion would be softer towels."

"Needs TLC. Front desk didn't give us the breakfast vouchers - we had to go back and ask for them. Breakfast buffet doesn't have the best choices. Roach on ceiling one morning. Rust on the bathtub. Need comfort height toilets in bathrooms. Ladies who cleaned the rooms were fantastic!!!! Only a few ..."

"This property calls itself a resort. There are no amenities apart from beach chairs. The photos on the web are a scam. There is NO management on the property. I feel totally taken in by false promises"

Villas By the Sea Resort & Conference Center
"We paid extra to be ocean front, ocean view. There was no view of the ocean from our first floor villa. The wireless did not work. We call the office several times. They said there was nothing they can do. The villas are lovely and clean. But we would not trust what they advertise"
