«We had 5 generations of family stay/meet up at this gorgeous home. The pool area is a huge highlight, and the kitchen has all the essentials you will need. We went around the island, but honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the house as we cooked out and enjoyed the heated pool. «Our host thought of everything for our beach stay at St. Simons Island. From a wonderful welcome basket to brand new beach chairs for the whole family, there were plenty of thoughtful niceties that the owner certainly did not have to include, but went above and beyond to do so. The condo is located in a great area that is a short drive to the beach and to restaurants/shopping. The condo itself is beautiful! Very clean and welcoming for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!»

«The house is even more beautiful in person. It is clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The host has thought of everything you might need. We had so much fun in the backyard grilling and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The beach was a short walk filled with many wildlife sightings. The dogs loved the yard and beach too! «A group of five of us came down for a few nights. There was plenty of room for us all! It was very conveniently located as we were able to walk to the beach and various restaurants. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to reach and extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend this place!»

«Internet and cable issues as mentioned by several others. Maybe this is a SSI issue rather than a property specific issue since we stayed on SSI earlier in the year and had the same problem with another property (not associated with Lilmar). Very clean, nice neighborhood, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, and prompt communication with Lilmar (they did their best to resolve the issue). I think this will be our last visit to SSI - but don’t let this stop you if communication with the outside ...

«The cottage was a great getaway for us to meet our friends! The 2nd floor balcony views are amazing and the furniture is comfortable enough to sit up there for hours looking out to the water and also for stargazing!! Definitely recommend this cottage!!!»

«Cute and clean space. Perfect for a couple. A little crowded with 4, but enough sleeping space. There’s a pull out couch on each side of the fireplace and a king bed in bedroom. Located close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Owners respond quickly. We had a really great stay.»
