«This place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space to host a couple of gatherings with family we were visiting. Even though it is a farm, it is calm and quiet and it’s close to town. Mike is a very welcoming host. There is a shared living space below the rental that is available for you and other guests on the property which includes the washer/dryer, shower, large dinning tables and cooking area. «Host was very responsive with all communication. When power went out he sent someone to reset the breaker since it was in an unusual spot. Checkout time on reservation said 11am however we were told we needed to be out by 10. House was comfortable but needs some updates with missing trim, knobs missing on closets and a hole in wall. Was clean with exception of dust layered on fan in primary bedroom and coffee not cleaned out from prior guests. »

«We traveled to Black Butte Ranch during a sports tournament with two families. This house met our needs and beyond. Comfortable for all members of both households, and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen had many thoughtful items that made cooking away from home easy including a great BBQ. Our kids enjoyed biking around on the trails when not playing sports. The hosts had easy and responsive communication and made our stay a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.»
