Walk to Downtown Sisters - DOG Friendly - Updated!

Unbeatable location! Just a 2 minute walk to downtown Sisters and directly across from a huge park (less than 100 feet away!) perfect for kids and pups. This newly updated, 3 bed/2 bath dog-friendly home sleeps up to 8 comfortably with 1 king and 3 queen beds, all in cozy and thoughtfully designed spaces. Enjoy brand new kitchen appliances, a fully fenced yard, and all the touches that make it feel like home. The perfect landing pad to explore one of the coolest towns in the PNW!

This cozy 3 bed/2 bath dog-friendly home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. There is 1 California King-size bed in the master bedroom, 3 Queen size beds (1 in one of the guest bedrooms, and 2 in the other guest bedroom). There is a large sectional couch for leisure in the living room, plus a dining area and large kitchen for preparing meals. Also the high speed internet and large smart TV are perfect for streaming your favorites shows and movies.

There is also a separate ADU on the property that is listed separately on Airbnb. The ADU sleeps an additional 4 people (1 California King Size bed and 1 pull out sofa bed). The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room. If you would like to book out both the main house and ADU (GREAT FOR LARGER GROUPS as then this can accommodate up to 12 PEOPLE) you can book the ADU through my other listing. The title of the listing is "Downtown Sisters Suite - Dog Friendly". You should be able to find this listing by clicking on my profile. All spaces in the home are completely private to your group, but there is 1 common wall with the neighboring unit.

Please note that the 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!

“My husband, myself, our son and a group of friends were planning a trip to Bend for a concert. We looked a countless hotels that were run down, in questionable neighborhoods and overpriced. We just wanted somewhere to get a good nights rest after the snow. I hopped on Vrbo and found this gem! With the amount of people in our party, we paid a fraction of the cost we would have for 2-3 rooms at a dingy hotel. The house was immaculate with all of the basic necessities as well as some extras. We would most definitely book this Vrbo again if we are ever back in the area. Joey was super responsive. We had a last minute change where we needed to bring our dog and he was very accommodating! Just loved our stay. Super close to downtown. A lot of places near by to bring our dog as well!

Great house, great location

The house was very clean and it seemed like there were many recent upgrades. The location was perfect - walkable to town and the park across the street was great for dogs and kids. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back!

Nice house close to everything

We enjoyed this house with our friends. Bedroom sizes & beds were nice. The primary room was very large & the bed was VERY high up off the ground & adjustable. With a full bathroom attached. The other rooms had a bathroom near by in the hall. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. There is no bathroom downstairs, which was kinda a bummer. We all slept well & had plenty of space. LOVED having two small fenced yards for the dog. It was very manageable. Plenty of room to park out front as well. We also loved the large open field and playground just across the street. Made for good playtime for the kids. We were able to walk to town to do some shopping as well as go get dinner. We just used maps the first day to help direct, then it was very easy to get to and from the house. The door code was very simple and easy to use. The house smelled very strongly of tide & cleaner when we arrived. I had to air out the house by cracking a lot of windows. It was overwhelming. Overall we did enjoy our stay & there were lots of things to use in kitchen & bbq outside (we did have to bring our own lighter to get the bbq on). Otherwise all our meals were easy and quick to find stuff in the kitchen and use. Dishwasher was a good perk. We did do the towels and linens laundry before we left as directed too. There was no trash bin outside, so we left it all on the front deck as instructed. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages when we needed to confirm stuff. We had a lovely stay.

Truly dog friendly

This house was a great place for the younger members of our very large family group to stay, with the dog. The space is very well laid out for including dogs. The house itself was a little bit tired, and the bathrooms and towels smell of mold - nothing but a little apple cider vinegar wouldn’t fix. Kitchen supplies and dining space made a spread out Christmas dinner for 14 doable – amazing. But the space in general could use some love. All in all a good experience.

Good location. Clean.

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well. Couch was comfortable. Location is not far from downtown Sisters. Communication was good with host. 2 parking spaces in front with extra parking across the street. No bath downstairs but 2 upstairs with 3 bedrooms. Part of the downstairs house towards the back is locked off and inaccessable for use. That part of the house is used by anyone renting the ADU in the backyard. No one was renting it while we were there so it was quiet. Just something to be aware of when renting the house. But host does describe that in the description. There could be a little more attention to detail and decor, but otherwise a comfortable stay.

Do not stay here. Filthy, Dirty, Unmaintained House

This property is in dire need of maintenance. The home was filthy, paint was dirty everywhere. Old sheets and worn stained towels. We did not cook or eat at this home because it felt so bad. Carpets with big dark stains, dirty windows, dust and hair all over floor, the bed was ok in the master, but the pillows were full of stains and one had a foot print on the pillow case. AWFUL. We contacted the host who would not come to the property. Agreed to refund the "cleaning ?" fee but only at the end of our stay and would not walk thru home with us. NO bathroom downstairs, we could hear the attached unit resident's basic conversations thru the wall. The location is fine, but this place is not worth booking. Towel rack had been pulled from wall and was missing. Slider door to the barbeque did not lock and was broken. Holes in the wall in master bedroom and bathrooms. Patio was lined with weeds and garbage and pizza box left from prior renter. Host said he could not access the photos that were sent to VRBO but did see them at the last day. We were duped! DO NOT STAY HERE. It is clear no one is investing in the upkeep of this property. These issues were shared with the host first, then VRBO. If it weren't a holiday week, we would have left!

Very nice!

A very nice and comfortable place to stay in Sisters, OR. Close to the downtown area but in a quiet residential area. The fenced in yard is perfect if you are traveling with your dog. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice place

The property location was perfect for our family, there was a park across the street. Plenty of parking. There was a long list of cleaning instructions before check out even though there was a cleaning fee included in the rental price and no trash can. But overall, really nice stay.

Sister's get away at Sisters

The property was nice. I wasn't aware that the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were all up stairs. My sister who was using a walker , had a hard time with the stairs. The house was nice. Would of not rented it if I had been aware that all the bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs. Very nice neighbor hood. Love the deer in the morning.

The house was a perfect location for the event we attended. There was no bathroom located on the 1st floor that was a little inconvenient. There was a note posted on the thermostat that read, "Please don't adjust as this controls both units. Thanks" It was set to 69* which was cold. The A/C kept running well into the night, with a vent directly over the bed it was very cold. We did not bring warm clothing due to it being summer. So the climate inside was not comfortable. The down stairs living area was spacious as were the rooms. There is a pullout bed listed as another sleeping area for 2 more people, which was not comfortable enough to sleep on. Overall it worked out.

Birthday Getaway

This property was great for 2 couples for a few days. Bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was well stocked and great for some homecooked meals. Loved having a fenced front yard for my four-legged kid. We would definitely recommend this property!!

COMFORTABLE CONDO

Joe is a wonderful host and you will love staying in his rental. The kitchen is very well-stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook a meal and there were ample spices available in the pantry. I slept in the primary bedroom and nerded out with the adjustable bed. The mattress and pillows were also very comfy and the shower had wonderful pressure. A tall person (I’m 5’2”) might struggle to fit in under the shower head “, but there is a hand-held to use if needed. The location might be the best part of this impeccably clean home. We never drove around town and enjoyed dining at the nearby restaurants. While this is classified as a home, it feels more like a condo with the (thin) shared walls of the rental in back and lack of garage access. We heard ample noise during our stay from the unit sharing a wall with us, but it would not deter us from staying with Joe again.

Two families stayed, the house was very nice, spacious and well-kept. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and we enjoyed the extras like spices, coffee, creamer. Nice fenced yard in a great location. We walked to town.
