«The staff at this resort all acted like it was their first day on the job. I was told by a manager that they were 170 members short, just in the service end of the business. It showed. Out of six meals, two were given to us because of poor quality and or service. I would highly suggest an Omni rep contact me ASAP. This is the fourth Omni. «Restoration Asheville is an exceptional Hotel. We were greeted with an enthusiastic Hello at the Front Desk and she accommodated an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We booked a room for Disabilities so the bathroom was spacious and the shower was large; really appreciated the removable shower spray. «Paid over $300 per night and yet they felt the need to charge me a nightly distination fee. They give you a coupon for $5.00 off a meal or a drink and charge you $20.00. What a deal! Then the final insult was they charged me twice for the same fee. $78.22 charged on my hotel fee and another $20 per day on my Valet parking bill.
