«The rv was perfect for us. Great location with the tranquil creek running by the back of rv. We barbecue and used the fire place outside. The rv was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We will like to come back.»

«We stayed overnight for a baseball tournament. This room was located very close and worked perefct for the quick trip. Fees that are added to the room seemed to be a bit excessive especially when your asked to take out your own trash. Either way worked for what we needed.»

«We wanted to see the Chihuly glass exhibit at Biltmore. Found this lovely cottage on VRBO and had a great time. Everything was wonderful! Especially nice was that both bedrooms were almost identical so that there was no guilt from someone's room being better than the other. Plan to return for a longer stay in the future.»

«Pro’s were cleanliness, mattress was comfortable, very quiet, somewhat remote but still close to Pigeon Forge, enjoyed sitting on back porch and watching a little deer come visit. Only cons were couch very uncomfortable and needs replacing, tiny coffee pot (only makes 4 cups).»
