«Perfect house for our family holiday! Enough room for the family to enjoy, babies to have nap space, small children to play with the dog and adults to have mingling areas. Host was amazing, provided prelit tree for us to decorate, fabulous and amazingly appointed kitchen (2 dishwashers!!!).Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are amazing (need time to enjoy that huge tub). I cannot say enough about how wonderful this space was for our needs.It may be a recurring rental for our family!!»

«We absolutely loved this little place. Only a few miles to SUNY New Paltz . I especially loved THE BED in the main bedroom. The lines were fantastic too. Lots of blankets available, we went early May so it was a little chilly. Full kitchen with everything you need. I was happy to have a regular coffee machine with filters instead of a Kerig , which I don’t like. Even all the spices and sugar was there for convenience. We went to all the waterfalls and farmers markets. Great locations. The decks ...

«The rental of both side of this house was perfect for our family attending a wedding nearby. The house was very clean. All the beds were very comfortable and the kids used the sofa bed and airbed in the family room and were very happy with it. Kitchen had what we needed and communication with Seth was quick and helpful when we had questions. It was convenient to all of Kingston.»

«Nice clean home in an excellent location. Yard isn't truly fully fenced in. Was fine for our fur baby but others that like to roam could get out. Just a note to others, the stairs in the house are kind of steep. Wasn't an issue for us but could be for people with mobility issues. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the home worked out perfectly for us! Thanks again!»

The house had everything we needed for our family and dogs and was in a great location within quick drive to the many small towns, rail trails, dining and open space/hiking trails in the area.
