«Beautiful Property! The Area as well was very nice! 10/10 I do wish there was waters at least provided but other then that perfect stay! Very affordable! Good for 2-4 people to stay ! And definitely recommend it!»

«We had an amazing experience at the Boathouse. The water views are unsurpassed and we even saw bald eagles circling above the bay. Everything is so wonderfully comfortable and furnished so well that it was hard to leave. You can take wonderful walks in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood or along the beach. We can’t wait to come back.»

«Room was small but cozy. Would’ve liked more coat hangers or somewhere to put our clothes. Potentially Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay (we did 9 nights), but for a weekend getaway where you don’t have a giant suitcase it would be great. The shower was awesome and the heated floors in the bathroom were a game changer. Our upstairs neighbors were making noise all night that was very audible in our room as the floors / walls are pretty thin, but to the properties credit, they provide earplugs»

«Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am.
Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking ...
