«Strong WiFi throughout. Plenty of choice for breakfast, although the cooked food was a bit salty for our liking. Bed was firm, with a creak. Non feather bedding, so great for allergies. Bathroom door wasn't keen to stay shut. Room was clean. Great selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. Quiet location over the night. Steak and ale pie great, veg pie you needed a spoon to eat the contents with. »

«Was this the most luxurious hotel I’ve stayed in? No. Was it the best maintained? No. But what will I always remember - on Christmas Day morning the staff left a box of biscuits and a Christmas card outside my door. This kind of attention to detail, plus genuinely lovely staff will mean I remember this hotel and Premier Inn as one of my favorite hotel experiences in the last 10 years. I say this as someone who has planned and run events in cities on every continent. Class act. »

«The staff were pleasant, the room was nicely decorated and in the heat of the summer was the only hotel room on our trip with a heat exchanger to cool it down and we certainly appreciated that. It was in a nice setting and overall we were very satisfied.»

«This lovely little studio is clean and very well equipped with all that is needed. The property owners left us a little Easter treat which was a lovely, unexpected touch that made us smile. Location is very nice giving the properly great views. Ample parking space, however joining the main road from the property can be a bit difficult due to it being on a blind bend. We had no issues pulling out onto the road during our stay, just have to be careful. Highly recommended this studio. »

«Attended a wedding in Crewkerne and stayed here for three days. No breakfast at the hotel, but there are grocery stores and a Wetherspoons right around the corner. Pizza Hut across the street. Good complimentary selection of instant coffee and tea, together with a kettle at the room. The standard of the building was a little bit old but perfectly decent, the room was reasonably spacious, and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff! «The room was very nicely presented, light and very cosy and warm. The staff were very helpful, kathy helped us out lots and assisted us with whatever we needed.
