This house is ideal for any trip to the city center while being in a nice residential area as it is only 10 minutes from the start of the city center.
We require all guests to read their arrival instructions carefully, especially the arrival instructions link on how to enter and collect keys.
If you would like to extend your stay, please contact us as soon as possible, subject to availability. Contacting us 5 minutes before your departure will incur a fee as it is very late. All extensions are subject to availability.
We offer late checkout until 1 pm maximum, which is a paid extra, the usual checkout is at 10 am. In order for us to comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines and cleaning measures, please check in time so we can prepare the apartment for the next guest.

➞ Please also note that upon booking confirmation, we collect ID as required by law and you must sign our terms and conditions of stay.
➞ Strictly no parties or social gatherings prohibited
Upon booking:
➞ We require a valid copy of your valid driver's license or passport. Just like in a hotel, and for security reasons, the name on the ID must match the name on your Airbnb account.
➞ Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we will not know until the day of arrival/departure.

***Guests will receive a welcome pack. The Welcome Kit allows you to start your holiday by providing some additional essentials, such as:

➞A kitchen sponge
➞Two bin bags
➞Two rolls of toilet paper
➞Travel shampoo, body wash and conditioner
➞A full roll of kitchen towels
➞Tea, coffee, sugar, pepper and salt
ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST
➞ Parties or events are not permitted. If guests are found to have held a party, resulting in additional cleaning, guests will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee of £150 and guests will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.
➞ No SMOKING! No VAPING! A fee of £200 will be charged if there is a smell of smoke in the property.
➞ Loud disturbances and/or noise are not permitted or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, a polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
Unparalleled security and peace of mind: We have an active recording camera (video and audio) outside the property facing the street. You will also find a smart home device in the living area, which actively records decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
➞ No additional guests on-site except those declared on your reservation. Only registered guests are allowed in the property. No visitors of any kind.
➞ Check-in time: 4 PM and Check-out time: 10 AM.
➞ Please note that after booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form to receive all arrival instructions and ID/passport is required for all adult guests. In addition, we require either;
Security Deposit - pay a higher fee that is refundable if the property has not been damaged in any way. Or,
Damage Waiver - We offer flexibility with Damage Waiver options that eliminate the friction often associated with security deposits. This improves the guest experience and minimizes challenges while helping us cover small damages and wear and tear.
