«We stayed here with my once a year visit with my daughter living in New Zealand and my daughter living in DC. The 3 bedrooms gave us lots of space and the hot tub was great for family chats. The decor and color schemes are delightful..all my favorite colors! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there was a washer and dryer on site for use when necessary. The furniture was comfortable. The host responded promptly to phone calls and there were games and toys for kids. All in ...

«Having a list of instructions for the washer, TV, stove etc would be helpful. Yes we can figure it out but always good to have instructions just in case. Also, there were no instructions for check out. Were we to strip beds, put trash at curb, etc. A list of nearby attractions, restaurants and things to do is always a nice touch.»

«This home was beautiful and perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with as well. We appreciated that face that there were several cold sodas, water, and chips available for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.»

«Really enjoyed the property especially the close beach access.»

«Very cozy and felt like a home away from home. Izzy was kind and helped with any issue I had. I would definitely start again.»

«What a wonderful stay we had at Amelia Island! The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed from cookware to spices. Our communication with the owners was excellent! Highly recommend this home, our family had a wonderful week!»

«You are paying for the view, there was nothing special about the house. A more comfortable couch would have been nice. Surprisingly I saw no smoke detectors!»

«Our stay was excellent. I would stay at this location again.»

«This property was perfect for our large family. It was clean, and we appreciated the nice to haves such as beach chairs and towels and board games. Had we stayed longer we would have used the grill and pool table. This location was close to the beach and Navy base. Perfect!»

«Cozy, charming and conveniently located to downtown. Dogs loved the backyard. We would definitely stay on our next visit.»

«Great location! It was so nice to have this sanctuary to get away to but yet not be in total isolation. Cute house and amazing views! Just beautiful. My dog and I also had the best night's sleep there! Great beds! Owners were very communicative and accommodating. I am so grateful.»

«Cannot say enough great things about this excellent property and extremely gracious host. Two friends and I stayed for three nights, and will absolutely stay there again if we are ever in the area. If you are in Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach, this is a wonderful rental.»

«Our host was great, and we had a great time!»
