Your reservation includes the entire waterfront retreat, featuring the spacious 3-bedroom bungalow and the charming cottage. Each home has its own private entrance, living spaces, kitchen, and bathrooms, giving your group plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together.

Outside, you'll have private access to the swimming pool, waterfront backyard, and fishing dock. Spend your days lounging poolside, casting a line, watching dolphins swim by, or enjoying the incredible views of cruise ships and cargo ships passing along the St. Johns River.
