«Stayed at Jasmin’s house for 1 night and will never stay here again nor will I recommend it. She took our refundable deposit. I bought insurance coverage for property damage. Me and my friends took the time and effort to clean her house and made sure everything is in order how it was when we get there. Vrbo care told me the additional deposit was not needed because I already bought the insurance but Jasmin insisted to ask for additional money.This property is not guest friendly-not suited for ...

«We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay.»

«Overall was a good weekend. The views were stunning and property itself is great. There were a few challenges - 1 there was dead mouse in the middle of one of the guest bedrooms upon check in. This indicated to us that the house hadn’t been cleaned recently. 2 - the WiFi didn’t work at all on our first day. 3 - there is a guest house on the property that was also rented to other tenants. «The property was perfect for what we needed and very clean. We were close by to Pacific Grove. The free guest passes to the Aquarium were also a huge perk! The kitchen had plenty of pots and amenities so we were able to easily make our own food.»

«The property was overall incredible. We had a very relaxing time during our stay. The house very comfortably accommodated all 9 of us. Getting from town to the house is about 20 minutes but a beautiful, scenic drive. All of the accommodations at the house were lovely from the full gym, to hot tub, fire pit and sauna & cold plunge. We did have a small issue with the sauna but were able to reset it and get it working again. Overall we would definitely stay here again! »
