«The cabin was lovely and looked like it did in the photos—we enjoyed it. A couple of things to note: on our first night my son saw a mouse run across the kitchen floor. Also when my mother tried to use one of the sink faucets in the master suite it came off in her hand. She is 90 and has weak wrists so this wasn’t an issue of turning it too hard. Also a suggestion: the owners might want to install grab bars in the master suite bathtub/shower. There is nothing in there for an older person to hang ...

«The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night ...
