«If you are thinking about booking this property over a motel in Clinton or in the area, just do it! Frank was great to work with and super nice guy! After the events we went to all day it was nice to come back and relax on the comfortable couch watching tv and then go to bed. «We loved the location! So beautiful overlooking downtown Rock Island. We were high above with well kept grounds and woodsy landscape. The Coachhouse was big, roomy, and comfortably furnished with beautiful time period furnishings. Yet with the modern conviences we expect. We were delighted with our whole stay. It's a beautiful coachhouse. Andew's House was delightful!»

«We had no tv the whole time, NO mention of the shower being unfiltered well water. It smelled like rotten eggs every time we had to shower which sucked because we are already smelled fishy from fishing. Let alone I’m a tiny person and the shower was so small my face was like 3 inches from the shower wall trying to shower. «Clean, comfortable, and quiet the majority of the time. Occasional overnight trains and live music next door (ended at a reasonable time on a Saturday night, and was pretty good also) are really the only noticeable noise in the area. Nice restoration and use of the older building. Easy self check in and out, with a neat outdoor rooftop space with a nice view of the river.
