Meget fornøyd
Det negative er at standardrommene er meget små. Nesten ikke plass rundt senga. Vi hadde oppgradert til superior, Rommet var stort nok med plass til to stoler, skrivebord og grei plass til bagasjen. Meget stille og rolig beliggenhet. Hyggelig betjening. Fin frokostbuffet. Sentral beliggenhet ift mange severdigheter og U-bahn rett rundt hjørnet.

The hotel staff was friendly and serviceminded. The breakfast was tasty, and they had a good choice of cereals, bread and buns, pancakes, cheese and beverages. The rooms were a bit small, but clean and fresh. Warmly recommended!

Oppholdet var greit, men pga covi-19, ble ikke rommet rengjort. Litt rart, da det var full, frokost servering. Hotellet ligger ellers ganske sentealt til U- banen og en liten gåtur fra Alexander plass.

Nice hotel and friendly stadff
Nice, clean hotel close to U bahn Spittelmarkt, only two stops from Alexanderplatz. Hotel looked new, somewhat small rooms, but for one or two it would be ok. Good service and friendly staff. Only downside was the aircondition which only heated. I turned it as low as possible, but that made the air even hotter. Good thing I could open the window which I did all the time I was in my room.

The staff at this property was really pleasant and helpful. The people at the desk were happy to come up with ideas to help plan the day. The downside of this hotel is that none of the food is really any good, and the shampoo/ conditioner/soap for the shower is really not good, and difficult to use because it is so thin and there are no washcloths. The rooms are small but clean. I was a little bit disappointed with the facilities given the price of the room. But as I say it was a good location, and the staff was lovely.
