Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff at the desk, in the bar and at breakfast. We did not try the restaurant, but it looked very nice.... I will be back!!!!

Plussiden er fine rom, gode senger, god frokost med masse utvalg. Hyggelige ansatte. Minus er dårlig utsikt fra hotell og den ene dagen var det vanskelig å få bord på frokosten. Frokost-hallen er stor! Men kan bli liten i noen settinger rundt kl. 09-10

5 nydelige dager i Brrlin sammen med kona.
Nydelig hotell opplevelse med fantastisk frokost! Rolig strøk. Kort vei til t-bane og trikk slik at man lett kommer seg raskt til hele Berlin. Spa anlegget er lite og ikke verdt 14 euro! Spa-besøk bør være inkludert i prisen for overnattingen.

Vi forsøker hele tiden å vedlikeholde og gjøre våre fasiliteter så behagelige som mulig for våre gjester, så det er oppløftende at du synes hotellets fasiliteter er gode. Terrible service and no room cleaning
The service at the reception was terrible. At every single instance the people working there were rude and inattentive. After discovering that our room had not been cleaned I had to wait 20 minutes before being attended to, and there was no-one else ahead of me waiting to be served! Even after complaining of the lack of room cleaning, we only were provided with new towels and no cleaning was performed. When we complained about this on checking out, the receptionist accused us of lying.

Kunne vært bedre
Hotellet ligger litt langt unna centrum. Ja man kan ta U-ban fra hotellet men hvis man ønsker å gå og utforske litt så blir det en litt lang og kjedelig tur. Det gikk greit med elsparksykkel men tok allikevel minimum 15 minutter. Det var rent og pent rom med god seng, meget gode restauranter i tilknyttning, men syns ikke det var vært prisen. Personalet i resepsjonen kunne vært mer imøtekommende og hjelpsomme, så heller ut at de ønsket å være et annet sted enn på jobb.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage Die Zimmer haben eine ideale Größe, sind sehr ordentlich, sauber u haben ein schönes Bad. Das Frühstück war perfekt, es fehlte an nichts. Jedoch war das Hotel sehr gut besucht und daher war es sehr voll u laut beim Frühstück! Das einzig negative zu diesem Hotel ist die Tatsache, dass der Wellnessbereich zusätzlich pro Tag pro Person 20€ kostet. Dies war zum einen bei der Buchung über Expedia schlecht zu erkennen, zum Anderen steht das in keinem Verhältnis für die Leistung die geboten wird. Hotel ist wirklich Top, Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht ganz.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Berlin Mitte. Allerdings halten wir 25€/Person für Frühstück überteuert, da das Büffet genau so gut war wie in anderen Hotels, obwohl das Hotel sich als Luxushotel benennt. Ganz unmöglich fanden wir, das wir als Hotelgäste für den hoteleigenen Pool 20€ extra bezahlen mussten. Wir würden nicht noch einmal dort einchecken.

perfect hotel for a stay in Berlin. Good breakfast, nice wellness facilties and easy access to the city centre :) Plus, there are a lot of very good Asian restaurants near the hotel. Only minus that I have is that it was a little loud in the hotel, I could hear the guests in the room above mine and there were a lot of families in the hotel, which meant a lot of kids running around and shouting in the evening. But this is to be expected in a non adults only hotel :) Other than that, really nice hotel!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großartiger Frühstücksauswahl. Die Betten sind so komfortabel, dass man morgens gar nicht aufstehen will... Die Lage ist toll, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Lediglich die Dusche könnte etwas mehr Wasserdruck vertragen. Insgesamt aber wirklich großartig!

Good bar service and a delicious Hugo. We enjoyed our meal and service in the Italian restaurant, a great way to unwind. The room was very clean and the beds great. Our biggest problem was waiting for in excess of 30 minutes to check in which after a long journey was very frustrating. One receptionist was working quickly to help people whilst another was shuffling papers until another guest demanded some service. Two receptionist at a busy time like this just before the Easter break is maybe not enough. Also we were unaware of the extra charge to use the pool. Excessive and our first experience of this despite being world travellers. We have paid for spa use in the past but not a pool swim before!
