Veldig bra hotell på alle måter. Vi likte beliggenhet også godt fordi det er alltid bra å bo på litt ulike steder i en slik stor by som Berlin, dessuten var det kort avstand til det meste.

Flott beliggenhet, nær det meste. Elendig dekning. Klarte ikke engang å ringe ut. Fikk byttet rom ut mot gaten. Altfor mange rom vender innover mot atrium. God rengjøring. Den reneste hotelldusjen ever.

Dyrt hotell og dårlig service.
Sentralt beliggende hotell. Kort avstand til tog, t-bane og butikker. Bra frokost. Veldig varierende service fra personalet i resepsjonen. Dårlig renhold på rommene og ingen påfyll av toalettartikler. Vårt rom skulle ha kingsize bed, men det var to enkeltsenger som sto inntil hverandre. Utrolig dårlig wi-fi. Forventet høyere standard på hotellet sett i forhold til prisen.

We can fully understand your displeasure with the higher rate. However, we ask for your understanding, because the rates change depending on the supply and demand also whether there are fairs or events in the city like at the moment the Christmas time. We are sorry that you had not got the wished bed but the bed types are always on request and availability. Et veldig bra hotell, sentralt og veldig greit. Rent og pent, god seng, meget bra frokost. 5 min å gå til tog, S-bahn m.m. Mange bra restauranter i området og kort vei til butikker og shopping muligheter. Kan absolutt anbefales.

Hotel was okay, modern and mostly clean. Staff didn't help with issues well. The tablet in our room said we could request items from a list that we may have forgotten. We had forgotten a comb which was on the list. When I asked reception, the man looked dismissive if my request and told me to buy one at the train station over the road. One of toilet rolls in the room was heavily covered in brown stains which we choose to think was dried mud and not something else. The bed was comfortable and shower facilities good. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk from a train station that goes directly to airport. 5/10 walk to Brandenburg gate, memorial to murdered Jews of Europe and the main central road of Berlin. It was an average hotel.

Room was clean. However needed new mattresses. Was a sinkhole on outer edge of each bed. Hard to roll over as you had to roll uphill to get out of hole. Made for uncomfortable nights sleep. Also, housekeeping let themselves in room 3 times starting at 8am both mornings of stay. Each time I had to tell them to leave. Twice they had to get a co-worker as they did not speak English.
