Not cool...
Arrived at the hotel and was told it was fully booked. The staff sent us to another 5 star hotel, which was in the middle of being renovated and was basically a construction site. I complained and we Checked in again at Steinplatz the day after, thet upgraded us to a not very impressive junior suite for a 5 star hotel. Great cocktails. Won’t return.

Best hotel in Berlin
In the reception of the hotel had problem with the reservasjon system and it took a bit to do my check in. I like they way the handle the situation . Very profesional. I been many times in Berlin and staying in many nice places but this hotel is the best in my opinion in Berlin. Thanks to all the people working for make my experience amazing . I Will come back soon

Behagelig hotell
Herlig hotell med vennlig betjening. Gode senger, god frokost. Vi ble oppgradert fordi rommet var forhåndsbetalt og eurokursen var endret i vår favør, uten at vi ba om det. Vi fikk også en liten bok som hotellet har laget over gode restauranter, gallerier og opplevelser i nabolaget. Anbefaler gjerne dette behagelige hotellet til andre.

Fantastisk hotell & beliggenhet!!
Fantastisk spahotell, litt skuffet over at det ikke var badebasseng eller boblebad. Meget stilfult,hotellfrokosten var noe av det beste jeg har opplevd. Kjempe hyggelig betjening, hilste alltid.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på hotellet, og er svært tilfreds med oppholdet. Veldig bra betjening og renhold. Frokosten utmerket. Små pirk :Rommet kunne hatt noe mer skap-plass og det var kun en knagg for handklede på badet.

Kjempebra
Særdeles bra hotell, nytt og fresht, fantastisk bra frokost, så det anbefales å booke rom med frokost. Vi fikk stor balkong på rommet vårt, så det var et ekstra pluss. Sentral beliggenhet, men rolig og stille. Like ved Kufürstendamm og Kadewe. Flere gode matbutikker i nærheten og hyggelige restauranter. Dette var vårt 2. Opphold her, og garantert ikke siste.

Fint hotell
Really great hotell. The staff was nice, everything was clean, nice neighbourhood with bars, shops and metro station just around the corner. Short way to the zoo. The only thing i didn`t like was that they take deposit of 50€ each night you are staying there. We paid 350€ in deposit. This is money you get back, but the amount is really big.

Bra konfort, god pris, rot ved betaling.
Bra hotell, men hotellet må skjerpe sine rutiner for betaling. "Reservert betaling" på min konto, som ble foretatt som en generell sikkerhet ved avtrykk av mitt bankkort ved ankomst, er fremdeles ikke slettet fra min konto 10 dager etter at reservasjonen ble gjort. Jeg antar det skyldes sviktende rutiner ved hotellet.

Super, hotel. Det er ikke et billigt hotel, så det skal også være godt. Super badeværelse. Jeg synes, at værelset kunne være lidt mere rummeligt - Der var ikke nok plads omkring fjernsynet, da der stod et skab tæt på. Rigtigt god service

This is a wonderful property with nice personal touches, whether it’s a welcome note with some chocolates, staff who acknowledges you by name when you come to breakfast, a terrific breakfast bar, great drinks and snacks in the bar, but also super comfortable rooms with all the amenities. In addition, the hotel is very quiet but only minutes away from 2 S-Bahn stops. This will become our go-to hotel in Berlin!
