Staying at your hotel for 6 nights I found the following:
Reception:
Staff were not very friendly. We checked in online but on arrival, they did not provide us with a city map, no good morning daily etc
Breakfast:
It was good with a lot of choices. However, really annoyed by the staff collecting our plates/cups every minute. When I am on holidays, I want to have a relaxing time, to have a quiet time to have breakfast and being interrupted every 3 minutes by the hotel staff is really not something I have seen before.
Room:
6 nights and no even one single linen changing is quite surprising in a call “4* hotel”. No shower caps in the room either. We requested a quiet room and we got room 124 near the door and the cleaners room. It was “quiet” but if a customer requests a quiet room, the normal thing to do is to allocated a room at the end of the corridor not at the beginning of the corridor.
Nice “free bar” daily
Hotel was nicely allocated near the amenities by tram or underground.
Nice gesture the welcome drink and the points that can be used at the bar.
