"Searching for a hotel in Lombardia where we could spend a long weekend celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary, we found this lovely hotel. What a perfect choice! GombitHotel is a recently upgraded hotel in a stunningly beautiful building (from the 13th century), located in the absolute heart of Bergamo’s magnificent old town, so the frame was excellent. Even better were the friendliness and service we received from the reception and the rest of the staff. Very helpful with suggestions and assistance for optimizing our stay and maximizing our experience from Bergamo and surrounding areas. Simply a lovely hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed and which we highly can recommend."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were overall very happy with our experience. The location is absolutely excellent and was one of the biggest advantages for us. It was very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The hotel was clean and tidy, and our room was well maintained throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the warm weather. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is a little dated and you can tell that some parts are older and slightly worn. However, this really didn’t bother us and didn’t have any negative impact on our stay. Everything we needed worked as it should, and we honestly don’t have anything to complain about. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would probably stay here again."
