«It's actually bigger than the description. The decor takes you back in time, with the retro refrigerator and the dinning chandelier, if you know decor the Danish chair was a neat addition. The bed was comfy for us, the host was prompt to supply extra towels. The house was clean and roomy. «We had a wonderful stay at this home in Little Rock! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Little Rock. An added plus is it is pet friendly.»

«Receptical by night stand was not working, coffee filters but no coffee pot or kurig which I feel is a must have in a condo, patio was dirty and pillows nasty. Inside of the condo was very clean and nice. Overall I would rent again and bring my own kurig »

«We were very disappointed with our stay. The grounds were not well kept and it was not gated. Just a “gate” you drive through, no code required. The tennis courts and playground were VERY run down. The house was in dire need of paint and TLC updates. My husband found a cockroach in the main bathroom our last night. I would not recommend this property,»

«My bad, I did not read the full description on the unit. I thought this was a condo but, no, it's a converted office of a motor lodge. It was described as a 2 bedroom, when in essence, it was not; more of a shotgun apartment, you walk in to the living room, bedroom in the middle and bath and kitchen at the back. No privacy if you are with another couple. The ac was a bit lacking as was the parking. Ants were all over the kitchenFor the price charged, it was not worth it. »
