It features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kitchen, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator, and a kettle. <br><br>Across from the apartment is L’Aigüera Park, where many events are held and where there are swings and spacious areas for family walks.<br>Tourist License:<br>VT-323360BM<br>House Rules:<br> • Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not permitted.<br> • If a party is held that requires police intervention, guests must leave the accommodation immediately.<br> • In the event of property damage, the guest will be responsible for paying an additional penalty of up to 1,000 €, in addition to the platform’s security deposit.<br> • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. If cigarette butts are found during cleaning, the apartment smells of smoke, or there is scattered ash, a charge of 250€ will be assessed for property damage. This rule does not apply to smoking on the balcony, provided it is done exclusively outdoors with the window closed.<br>⸻<br><br>Check-in Policy<br> • Check-in is fully automated via a key box located outside on the building’s facade.<br> • Our co-host is available until 11:00 PM for any questions or issues.<br> • If you need assistance outside of those hours, the fees are:<br> • 20 € for remote assistance.<br> • 100 € for in-person assistance.<br> • In justified cases (age, disability, or other reasons communicated in advance), fees will only be waived if the assistance is provided remotely and before 11:00 PM.<br> • If remote assistance is required after 11:00 PM, it must be arranged in advance.<br> • If remote assistance extends past 1:00 a.m., a fee of 20 € will be charged, even with justification.<br><br>⸻<br><br>Lost Keys and Key Management<br> • The fee for lost keys is always 20 €.<br> • If the keys are lost before 11:00 PM and the guest follows the instructions to regain access without in-person assistance, only that amount will be charged.<br> • If the instructions cannot be followed or in-person assistance is required (at any time), a charge of 100 € will apply.<br> • If the keys are not returned at the end of the stay, it will be understood that the guest agrees to the automatic deduction of €20 from the Airbnb deposit.<br><br>⸻<br><br>Forgotten items<br> • If you leave something behind, you must report it before the next check-in (3:00 PM on the day of checkout).<br> • After that time, the property is not responsible.<br> • In most cases, especially with clothing, items are disposed of for hygiene and logistical reasons.<br> • If you request that a forgotten item be shipped to you, you will be charged:<br> • 15 € for administrative fees.<br> • The corresponding shipping costs.<br> • By making a reservation, you accept this policy and expressly agree not to leave a negative review if unclaimed items are discarded or shipped after the deadline.<br><br>⸻<br><br>Included Services<br> • A basic welcome kit is provided with essential items for your first few days.<br> • It is designed to help you settle in comfortably so you can then shop for personal items according to your own tastes.
