Couldn’t find our booking at check in. Hotel had taken money from my card but denied it. Dated hotel, filthy carpet, noisy, air conditioning didn’t work, unhelpful staff, was like going back to th 60s. Avoid !

Poca cosa para comer, sin balcones. La piscina los niños el tobogan mal situado al paso de la gente por dentro de la piscina los nenes al caer se chocan contra la gente que entra y sale, no tienes escaleras las piscinas para personas con movilidad resucida. Tiene muchas cosas que mejorar

Necesita una reforma.
Avisando con 10 días nos cambiaron el hotel y la forma de pago. En vez de pago en hotel no cobraron el 100% por adelantado. El hotel necesita una reforma ya. La magia calidad de los cerramientos (ventanas) deja pasar los ruidos, que se pueden imaginar son muchos y hasta altas horas. La magia insonorización hace que se escuchen las otras habitaciones. El único enchufe libre de la habitación está en el baño. Si quieres poner a cargar 2 móviles tienes que desenchufar la televisión o la mini nevera. Cuando la ocupación del hotel es alta hay problema para coger el ascensor. En un edificio de 9 alturas es un gran problema. La página está en la 7 y el comedor en la -2.

Estimado José Manuel; En primer lugar queremos agradecerle el tiempo empleado en valorar su estancia en nuestro establecimiento. Tenemos en cuenta su opinión pero habríamos agradecido que la manifestara su problemática mediante la Fórmula24, Formula Post24 o las hojas de sugerencias durante su estancia y así haber podido ayudarles mientras disfrutan de sus vacaciones. Un claro ejemplo de ello es que algunos clientes han manifestado una opinión parecida a la suya y hemos ayudado a que su estancia sea mejor. Los desvíos siempre se dan con la conformidad del cliente y en caso contrario se ofrece la devolución íntegra del importe pagado por la reserva. Para todos los clientes realojados de Magic Natura se ofreció un paquete superior al que tenían contratado previamente como pudo ser mejora de régimen, mejora de alojamiento o late check-out como compensación. Took two children in August 2013, had a great time, kids loved the pool and there was always a meal or snack available throughout the day. Not too far from the nightlife and easy access to bus routes and transfer drop off/collection point. The hotel was great for families and couples and was not full of stag & hen doos.

Have stayed here before so knew what to expect was disappointed that even with a gold card you could not get proper bacardi and the entertainment isnt up to much but its central on the flat in an ideal position for the bars and shops. The staff especially in the restaurant are very helpful as are the bar staff. The hotel is shutting soon for a refurb it does look scruffy from the outside so maybe they will look at doing this also the swimming pool is difficult to get in and out of especially if you have a disability maybe some walk in steps would help. Even though not perfect like this hotel and enjoyed our holiday.
