Thank you for your review. All your grievances stemmed from the fact that you had to pay for parking in the multi-storey car park across the road. It was stated very clearly on your booking confirmation that we do not have parking, which you refused to accept even when it was pointed out to you on the confirmation you brought with you. Nonetheless this whole episode of parking had resulted in you having to vent your anger against staff and this was reflected in your obnoxious behaviour on your return in the early hours of the morning with deeply offensive allegations made to staff. You swore at staff and were requested by the manager to stop being rude and abrasive as a result of which a sudden barrage of issues were raised. First it was the TV, which worked perfectly well, as you said you did not realise you had to use 2 remotes (one for the TV and the other for Digital TV), instead of you simply assumed it did not work. Barely had you finished with this issue then you mentioned the glass shelf was broken. As two staff had checked the room prior to you checking in, when all was fine, our response to you was is the glass damaged/broken worrying you had an accident. Maybe if the word "slight tilt" to glass was used it would have been more explanatory. Nevertheless this was a trivial issue, which could have been rectified straightaway had you told us about it before you left for a night out instead of deciding to bring it up on your arrival at 3 am in the morning when all the other clients were sleeping. Considering the fact your stay was only for a night, we advised you that the maintenance person would look at it once you check out in the morning. To sum it up we would not have had to endure this painful booking, had you read what your booking included in the first place like the rest do!
