Firstly, regarding the noise from the lift, if you are referring to the beeping noise, it is a sign for those guests who have visibility problems. Please note that at no time is it advertised that we only have rooms with a terrace, we have 9 different categories that can have or without a terrace, with views of the city or views of the sea, depending on the needs of each one. Breakfast has specific moments in which it can be busier, especially if it is in high season and it is usually at the end of the service. If you want a quieter time, the first hour is always it. Finally, we are sorry if you did not like the spa either.
