«Absolute GEM of a place. Every detail was amazingly well thought out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Multiple tvs for everyone's individual viewing habits. Absolutely gorgeously tiled bathrooms fully supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions, etc. Located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of Main Street Denison and the Katy Depot, and Eisenhower Birthplace State Historic Site (if it weren't the height of summer under a ...

«10/10»

«10/10 We came for an overnight stay to visit the Choctaw Casino about a 15-minute drive and it was the PERFECT arrangement. The views and environment were beautiful and peaceful. You can see stars really well at night. The space was spotless and comfortable and cute. The host was amazing - we happened to meet her during check in. They left a gift of honey! We got to visit with their dogs Sheila and Sam. I was a bit surprised to have so much access to their dogs - but we love dogs and welcomed ...

«This property is not pet-friendly, especially for service animals. If you're traveling without pets and don't plan to spend time outside, it may be fine, but the outdoor space was unusable during my stay. The area around the tiny home was completely overgrown with stickers (burrs) that reached above my knees. My service dog refused to leave the porch because of them, so I had to walk about a quarter mile to the mowed area around the hosts' house or drive 15 minutes elsewhere just so he could go ...

«A lot of spaces outside were not furnished enough to really fit people comfortably. Kind of a bummer because it’s such a beautiful location but only has a couple chairs and nothing on the balcony at all. Also there is just a hilarious amount of lights in this house, standing in the living room you can easily see over 100 individual lights which isn’t a problem but just so funny»

«Clean and tidy space! Only stayed for one night but had a great time!»

«Perfect for a get away, me and my family had a wonderful time»

«Property was disgusting. No effort to clean at all, trash overflowing, sheets appeared to be used. Dirty clothes and dirt on floor. Requested and received immediate refund.»

«Nice clean place. Lots of outdoor space to utilize. Shopping and dinning close by in Dennison. When we visit this area we go to our favorite restaurant the Jalapeno Tree. Private boat ramp and a Corp of engineers ramp available a few miles north. Many fishing guides available for striper fishing. Striper fishing is main reason I visit this area. Enjoyed our stay despite the rain.»

«Kitchen was full of gnats. Washer was broken and owner knew about it. When I called she said she hoped it would make it through our week long stay. However they did replace it while we were at the lake. Also grass was shin high in the front yard. There's an old wooden deck that's rotting in the yard and terrible for kids. Too many wasps and mosquitoes to sit outside comfortably.»
