«I really never write reviews but I wish someone would have told me about this home. The second bedroom is not a legal bedroom because it does not have a window. This mattered when the unit hit 81 degrees and there was no A/C. It was actually cooler outside than inside. The property owner has a video of how to adjust the thermostats and it shows cooling but the actual thermostat only has heat. Also the main part of the home had tenants above and you could hear their every movement. You could ...

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage and appreciated how accommodating the space was for our fur babies. The host was also very welcoming, friendly and responsive. Would stay there again!»

«Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.»

«Everything was just as described. Accurate listing. My only issue is with the toilet paper, it was terrible...the super thin cheap stuff. Also the walls were a bit thin, we could hear movement a fair bit. Otherwise; great price, 1 bed, 1 bath apartment. There are condiments in the fridge, which also dispenses Ice Cubes and water, no need to purchase water. I'm not sure if the tap water in Washington is safe to drink, I didn't research it. The stove is Gas powered, so rare these days. Good ...
