«Due to another guest's need for no stairs, we were upgraded to a larger unit upstairs in the front. A wonderful large covered deck with hammocks was nice but it was pretty noisy, being a few feet from the main road. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were landscaped and attractive. There was a grocery store a few doors away.»

«Our family of 5 adults has THE BEST weeklong experience here in October! The staff was amazing (Beyonce!), grounds were impeccable and the penthouse was perfect!! «Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. »

«The unit was not as clean as expected. Really needs some deep cleaning & clearing out of the clutter in cabinets & breakfast bar area. The images displayed on the webpage of the ocean front appearance is not what the neighborhood looks like. «I will stay here every time I go to Belize. This was my first trip and they made it very awesome. Beautiful amenities. Literally 30-40 yards to the ocean. One food spot we frequent was literally right outside the hotel/villa. Everything was in walking distance or you could use golf cart. No real need for car only if you leave to the airport. We drove the car only twice. »
