«Room was big and in good shape. Price was good. Staying inside the hotel felt very safe, but we walked the street behind the hotel to catch a bus and that area felt a bit more sketchy. Would avoid walking there after dark.
We stayed for three nights and were not informed of the cleaning schedule during check-in, so to our surprise we came back to a clean and tidy room on our second night there. we apologize to the poor cleaners who had to deal with our mess!»

«I recently stayed at Motel 6 for the first time, and I must say, was an extremely disappointing experience! I had a confirmed reservation through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, was shocked to learn that my booking had been canceled by the staff with no reason, prior notice or communication from the hotel. Seems like they overbooked the hotel and cancelled my room to be able to sell my room to someone else at a higher rate.
The hotel's management was unhelpful and unprofessional in addressing the ...

10/10 Utmerket
A fantastic experience with a very friendly staff. For my family it felt like a home away from home so I could not recommend Hotel Bel Air any higher.
Wolfgang Puck restaurant... waited 45 min for our booked table with constant excuses and delays, to be served nothing particularly special at all (our waiter was top though). The price a absolutely not worth it. However, the Hotel made up for that experience too...
