«The studio was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The only thing that I will say is that the pictures advertised show both the main home and the studio, so it is misleading as to what amenities are available in your own space. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and the owner was very prompt to respond to the few questions that I had.»

«I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). «The stay here was a great experience! The place was very easy to find with given the instructions. Sunset Cliffs was in walking distance as well as there a few restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. The place itself was cute and felt clean. The best part was the private outdoor area with the hot tube (although it does take a while to heat up so start heating it early before you want to use!). It was a little loud during the day as I think there was construction going on but ...
