«My family and I came up for Memorial Day. The communication and check in process was prompt and clear. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was incredible, and having a garage space was awesome so we didn’t have to deal with finding a parking spot in Newport. For surfing, it’s a laid back lineup and people were friendly. We’d definitely consider staying again.»

«We stayed Nov 9-12 to play golf at a couple local courses & celebrate the Marine Corps Birthday. The check-in process was smooth, place was clean, view was tremendous, and location is perfect. Waves crashing against the sea wall 15' beneath your feet with an ocean view is the perfect setting. Only complaint is, we tried to get a guest in by leaving his name at the front gate. «I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. «Ocean front but no access to the beach within the whole community. So you stay beach front and then have to drive to a public beach. The floor was really dirty, wore socks cause my feet would get dirty from the floor. Beds and furniture old and worn out. The cable had no volume in front main tv. «Hotellet er noe utdatert, men er rent og hade et stort rom til fem, evt seks mennesker. Bassenget var litt lite men greit nok, Mange muligheter til grilling, uteaktiviteter, naerhet til stranden. Ingen frokost eller noe annet ekstra med rommet. Ingen rengjoring av rommet paa to dager. Likevel et bra tilbud for pengene og flott aa kunne tilby en suite til 5 til 6 mennesker, istedenfor aa maatte ha to rom.»
