The room is small and the facility is getting old. I was here 5 years ago. If course it was better. This time the restroom is really small and inconvenience. I stayed at ground floor this time. Of course worse than third floor.

It is what it is. A bed for the night. We went with the cheapest option and we got it. Gentleman at the Front desk has no interest in any questions that tourists might have. Sort of close to the city of Bath. Can walk it in about 10-15 minutes. But wouldn’t want too at night, area is a little unsure. There is an excellent excellent Indian restaurant across the street, very expensive but worth it. Won’t stay there again when we go back.

I wish that I had been able to book a room facing south, overlooking Hayesfield School. As it was my room faced west, which meant that I was exposed to the noise from the traffic on the Lower Bristol Road. Is it possible to specify this when one books, please? Without doubt, the highlight of my stay was the sight of Keri making a fuss of a young spaniel at breakfast on my last morning. What a nice person.

The overall property is neat and clean. We were extremely disappointed in the temperature of the room. Turned heat up to 25 and the room was still freezing. Staff was very accommodating with a portable heater. Without this, we probably would have cancelled and changed hotels. The breakfast is well stocked with hot and cold options including a coffee machine. There is a £15 parking charge which was not documented and a surprise to our holiday budget. TV needs modernisation.

Lovely stay, only downside was our bed had broke but once I told reception they sorted us and moved us to another room all within 15mins so amazing service from the man in reception who I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. Breakfast was good

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was rather cramped, a bit too small for 3, but was clean and quiet. Enjoyable 3 nights.

Nice and clean hotel, amazing friendly staff. Unfortunately lots of noise from other people staying and hearing everyone flushing toilets. Also no signs up saying that if you are staying at the hotel to go into the hotel and get discount parking.. 24hrs parking cost me £25. If it had been displayed about parking it should have only cost £11.. still outrageously expensive, even for bath.

Really clean and well organised. Staff were really professional and made sure everything was ok. One recommendation is that nutella should not be opened and in such an open food area. So easy for contamination to the other food items around. I think like the butter and spread, these should be in individually packaged.

Great hotel! Perfect location for us, 10-15 minute stroll to the centre of bath. Free breakfast was good Car park is public and chargeable, but you can get a discount at the hotel.

Staff were good, very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Water for the shower was on he cool side and choices for breakfast was limited, but would not put me off going again. Car parking expensive.

Unsatisfactory and unfair service
It was very disappointing since I paid nearly £180 per night to have a room with carpets smudged with many stains. No cleaning or change of towels took place, rubbish bins were not emptied., we used the cups in the room for tea and we had to do the washing up ourselves so we can use them again.
