«Amazing amenities, close to everything, our kids enjoyed the private backyard, the adults loved the yard games + Golden Tee arcade, 6+ parking spots for our vehicles, each master suite has a resort-like bathroom, and Brian was an excellent host. 5-stars all around!»

«We had a great time! The hot tub came in handy late night after 5 games of softball. Plenty of room for 7 adults and all our softball equipment. We cooked several meals in the spacious kitchen. Will try to stay here anytime I'm in Austin. Thanks so much for making it clean inviting!!»

«This bungalow is adorable with lots of room for lots of people. I believe that the listing said one bedroom had a king and a twin, but that room actually has two queens which was great. Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Everything you need inside! However, the houses next door were run down and overgrown and a whole bunch of trash cans are lined up on the street in front of the house and dog poo all over the front sidewalk. «Really walkable considering Austin is a car town. Can get to 6th St., Rainey St., and of course, Ladybird lake and kayak/paddleboard rentals. Only thing I'd ask they add is some official bedding for the couch if that's where someone is going to stay - it pulls out but there were not many extra pillows, blankets, or any sheets left for that.»

«Great weekend spent at TXST graduation! Location was close enough to get to/from campus and 15 min from our students off campus residence. Great open floor plan and was much more comfortable than a hotel. Sad we just discovered it after graduation :)»

«Renter beware. We did not get to stay at this property because the host did not provide check-in details, was unresponsive to chat messages, phone calls, and voicemails. Our family made the most of being stranded by this host, but not knowing where we were going to stay was extremely time consuming and inconvenient.»

Would also would have liked to see a regular coffee pot or keurig. Only had expresso machine. Overall stay was okay, just expected a bit more for the cost.»
