«The home was nice and cozy. It met all our needs, had a well stocked kitchen, linens and laundry. The rooms and bedding were setup nice and clean. Each room has a portable AC so we had to turn that on once we arrived to let the place cool down and air circulate. The location was about 25 minutes drive from Bar Harbor and usually 20-25 minutes away from our daily activities, but it worked out for us just fine.»

«We were delighted to find this large waterfront cottage near Acadia last minute. It was everything we could have hoped for: the entire property was immaculate, the house is spacious and has very comfortable beds, a lovely living room and dining room with large windows and sliding glass door out to a deck overlooking the harbor. Nick, the host, was responsive and friendly. An added bonus was that we could launch our kayak from the dock and our dog was welcome. We'd love to go back next year.»

«Joseph and Christina’s house in Tremont was wonderful! It was great coming back to a quiet area after busy days in the park. Located right near bass harbor, bass harbor light house and wonderland/ship harbor trail which were great hikes to do with young kids! They had nice touches with kid toys and well stocked kitchen, having laundry room was clutch. One thing to note is being mindful of deck with small kids, no railing and a little bit of a drop. «Lovely, fresh, and cozy place. Loved the hot tub, the deck was beautiful and I wish we had time to use the nice fire pit surrounded by the trees. Beds were comfortable and showers great. The TV is quite high and due to space the couches are not set back enough. I’m not sure with the space if you could improve it much. We got used to it. It was a great place to unwind after exploring the park and the lighthouse and seawall are just around the corner.»

«This was a wonderful, spacious place for our extended family vacation. The property has all the essentials plus a number of luxury touches, including upgraded appliances. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout. A minor quibble: people kept tripping over the carpet edge in the main house as it was not flush with the floor. It probably needs to be taped down. Other than that, it was great and we would certainly stay at this property again.»

«We LOVED this property!! It is perfectly situated location wise for anything that you want to do in the Acadia and Bar Harbor area. The property was very clean and adorable. So many nice extra touches like the coffee bar and the snacks! There is a great amount of land to walk the dogs on (just not fenced). It seemed like an incredibly safe area, even walking at night.
