"A lovely location, bedroom was clean and cosy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thoughtful touches included wellies and umbrellas to borrow if the weather should be bad (which it wasn’t). Would recommend especially if planning to visit Chatsworth House which just a short drive away."

"The location is fantastic for walking - especially straight of the front door into the Chatsworth House park. The cottage has everything you need for a full weeks stay. There was parking across the little bridge everyday (except the bank holiday weekend we arrived…) but we preferred to pay the 6.95 ..."

"Agree with other reviews regarding the description. Though of a reasonable standard it is not acceptable to describe the room as superior, with curtains hanging off the rails. Communication was also lacking with no code given to the entrance out of hours and nobody on reception when checking out. ..."
