«There was an infestation of sewer flies in the downstairs of the property, perhaps due to a food recycling bin. Tiles in the bathroom had moldy grout. The walls were grimy. We have photos. Altogether, it had a dirty feel which is not what one expects for the premium price.»

The kitchen is not well equipped even for making tea/coffee with no mugs, cups or glasses available or even washing up liquid.
